Perreo Pilates is a high-energy cultural wellness experience fusing reggaeton and pilates for the Latino community in Tampa. We’re redefining fitness by creating authentic spaces where culture and wellness meet—no code-switching required.
Our debut event in January sold out in less 24 hours with a 400+ person waitlist, proving massive demand for culturally-rooted wellness experiences. We’re now scaling to twice-monthly events with 75-100 participants per session.
Our audience is health-conscious Latinas (25-45) who actively invest in wellness products, prioritize quality ingredients, and seek brands that authentically show up in their communities. They’re early adopters, content creators, and community influencers who share their favorite discoveries.
Each event includes high-energy movement, curated music, branded partner activations, and organic moments for product sampling and discovery. Attendees stay engaged throughout, creating prime opportunities for authentic brand integration and UGC content creation.

Throughout the spring semester, our chapter hosts multiple sisterhood events that bring together our members in fun, engaging, and highly social settings. During these sisterhoods, our members actively create and share content on social media, including Instagram posts, stories, and tagged brand features. At our apartment community, we’re hosting a wellness-focused grab-and-go event for SDSU students. We aim to offer convenient, better-for-you product samples and believe Bloom’s energy drinks would be a great fit.

The DSLB Galentine’s Fête is a highly curated, annual experience that celebrates women, wellness, and sisterhood through intentional community and luxury design. Hosted in Charlotte, NC, this event gathers 150+ powerhouse women, founders, creators, executives, and mothers for an immersive evening of connection, storytelling, and self-care.

Each year, we blend elevated aesthetics with emotional wellness, transforming the space into a sanctuary that encourages women to nurture themselves and one another. Guests enjoy a full sensory journey, gifting lounges, brand activations, gourmet dining, conversation-led panels, and moments of joy that inspire reflection and renewal.

Our members are hardworking college students who are also passionate about health and wellness. Due to the stress of finals, CofC CHAARG is hosting an end of the semester yoga event. With host, GRAYCE yoga, we will be unwinding from finals preparation with a wonderful yoga flow.

THE JUMP is a community-driven fitness and social experience designed to get people moving, laughing, and connecting. Each event features a group workout with a live DJ and playful game elements (think HIIT meets “Name That Tune”), led seamlessly by an MC, Coach, and DJ to keep energy high and help guests break the ice while they break a sweat. After the workout, attendees gather for the Afters—a social session with music, food, a cold plunge and sauna recovery zone, and vendor activations—creating a space where wellness, community, and fun come together in one immersive experience.
