There are two ways to ask a brand for product on onbrand:
- Hosting an event? Apply to brands for that event.
- A creator? Apply for a partnership with a brand. You don't need an event.
Brands choose who they work with. Here's how it works:
- Start your request. For an event: go to Events and click New event. Add the event type, dates, address and how many guests you expect. Then open a brand's page and send a request for that event. You can apply to several brands for the same event. As a creator: open the brand's page and click Apply for partnership, then General partnership and Apply. You need at least one connected social account. Enter the address where you want the product sent, then click Submit partnership proposal. No event is needed. You can have one open request with each brand at a time.
- Wait for the brand. Brands review requests on their own timeline, and not every request gets a reply. When a brand messages you, your request moves to In Discussion, you get an email and a chat opens. Scheduled means the brand accepted. No chat means the brand hasn't replied yet.
- Get the product. The brand ships to the address on your request. Ask the brand in the chat about delivery.
- Share how it went. When your partnership is ready for verification (after your event, or once a creator order is delivered), go to Partnerships, turn on Needs action, and click Add photos on the brand's card. Answer a few questions and upload photos or videos. If something went wrong, click I had a problem.
If a brand declines a creator request, you can apply to that brand again after 60 days. Keeping your verifications up to date keeps your account open for new requests.
