You must be 18 or older to create an account and take part in partnerships on onbrand. If the date of birth given at signup shows you are under 18, we cannot create the account.

If an existing account belongs to someone under 18, the account will be closed and its personal information removed. The account holder sees a notice in the app with the closing date.

Once you turn 18, you are welcome to sign up again. If the date of birth on your account is wrong, contact support.
