Event album terms
Staff pilot · September 16, 2026 · Version staff-pilot-2026-09-v1
These terms apply to photos and private notes you contribute through an Onbrand event album. For that content, these terms take priority over conflicting general Onbrand content licenses or automatic brand advertising grants. The platform Terms of Service and Privacy Policy otherwise continue to apply.
Your photos
You retain your rights in your contributions. You permit Onbrand and its service providers to store, process, display and deliver them to provide the album and the uses you accept below. Contribute only photos you have permission to share, and respect the people shown in them. Joining an album does not give someone a sponsorship or access to the host’s partnership.
Who can see them
Shared photos can be viewed and downloaded by album members and the current event host or manager. If the host holds the album for a reveal, you can see your own photos before the reveal; the host or manager can review contributed photos. Treat a shared invitation as access to a private group, not a guarantee that every member attended the event.
Your private note
Your note is for you and the host named when you contribute it. It is not shown to other guests or brands and does not transfer to a replacement event manager. Authorized Onbrand personnel and service providers may access it when necessary to operate the service, investigate abuse or meet legal obligations.
Brand evidence
Where this feature is enabled, the host may explicitly select photos for verification by the brands named in the album. That selection gives those brands access to the selected evidence, not the whole album or private notes. Evidence selection and brand marketing reuse are disabled during this staff pilot.
Two optional choices
You may separately allow the named brands to consider your photos for marketing and choose to receive Onbrand hosting opportunities and promotional emails. Neither choice is required to join or contribute. Marketing use also requires any necessary permissions from identifiable people and other rights holders; a photographer’s choice alone does not supply those permissions. No promotional campaign or brand marketing use is authorized by the staff pilot itself.
Your controls
You can change your saved choices, remove your contributions, or leave the album. Leaving alone keeps your contributions; the separate remove-contributions option removes them from the album. Withdrawal stops new authorized marketing use based on that permission. It cannot recall downloads, messages or copies already lawfully distributed. Any separately retained verification or other purpose-bound copy is governed by its disclosed purpose, deadline and applicable obligations, and remains visible in your contribution controls where applicable.
Keeping the album
The album is intended to remain available until the expiry shown in the app, ordinarily 12 calendar months after the event ends. Download photos and notes before expiry. The host’s photo export and private notes export are separate. Account removal, moderation, rights requests or legal obligations can affect availability and retention. Contact support@onbrand.com about your contributions or privacy choices.
By selecting Join album, you accept these album terms. The two optional marketing checkboxes record your separate choices.
