About the event
Picture this as the brand manager, at each gas stop, scheduled dealership stop, rally appearance, or community meetup, the FryVentures Road Glide arrives as the centerpiece of the activation. The event begins with riders gathering around the motorcycle, followed by introductions, the story behind the 250,000 mile Men’s Mental Health Ride, conversation around Movember’s mission, sponsor recognition, product interaction, photos, short interviews, and meet and greet time before the journey continues. Every stop also becomes content for social media posts and the daily FryVentures vlog.
The audience is made up of motorcycle riders, dealership customers, rally attendees, mental health supporters, local riding groups, and people following the journey online through FryVentures and Movember. Many first discover the ride through social media, dealerships, motorcycle communities, partner brands, or upcoming event announcements. They come because the motorcycle and record attempt attract attention, but the mental health mission gives them a reason to stay, talk, share their own experiences, follow the route, and reconnect with the project at future stops.
Your product becomes part of the experience rather than simply a logo on a poster. Gear can be worn and used during the 700+ mile riding days, displayed beside the motorcycle at stops, demonstrated during meet and greets, and featured naturally in daily videos, photography, and ride updates. Riders can see it, ask questions about it, photograph it, and in many cases physically interact with it. The goal is to give your brand both digital exposure, from many different sources, and real physical contact with the motorcycle community while connecting the product to endurance, adventure, safety, and a meaningful mental health mission, and to complete the offer the opportunity to set a world record with your logo and story on it.
