Visit onbrand.com and click Log In at the top right. If you can't access your account, use the password reset option or contact support@onbrand.com.

Go to your Dashboard → Edit Profile → Manage Connections. Disconnect and reconnect your desired social accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). If you're still having trouble, try clearing your browser cache or contact support@onbrand.com.

Go to your Profile Settings and update your information. If a product has already shipped, contact the carrier or email support@onbrand.com.

For security reasons, email changes are not supported on the platform. To request this, please send your request to support@onbrand.com.

Brands handle approvals individually. Most respond within 2–3 weeks, but timelines vary. If it's been longer, feel free to explore other hosting opportunities on onbrand.

Brands review all submissions individually. If your proposal wasn't accepted, it may be due to product limits or campaign fit. You can still explore other available hosting opportunities anytime.
