grief, sweat, & tears is a movement-based community for people navigating loss. The idea is simple but meaningful: we bring people together for an intentional workout class, followed by a conversation. The concept was born from my own experience after losing my father to suicide in 2018. Movement became an essential part of my grief journey alongside therapy; a way to reconnect with my body, process emotion, and feel less alone.
How it works: we partner with fitness studios in NYC to host private classes for people who have experienced loss. Looking for product donations for our post-class mingles!
