Flow & Flourish is an intimate, women-only body, mind, and spirit wellness retreat taking place on March 7 in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Designed for women seeking reconnection and self-love, the five-hour experience blends embodied Pilates, guided reflection, and sensory self-care rituals in a thoughtfully curated environment.

With just 25 guests, every element is intentional; inviting women to slow down, tune into their bodies, and leave feeling empowered, supported, and nourished. Flow & Flourish centers sensory presence through touch, ritual, and meaningful take-home experiences that extend the feeling of care beyond the event itself.

The Fire Horse Somatic Dance Party

Hosted by Kristin Cecchi & Anahata of Sip Plant Magic with music by DJ LexisLane, the Fire Horse Somatic Dance Party is a casual, high-energy, early-evening experience designed to celebrate the momentum of the New Year of the Fire Horse and leave you feeling inspired and energized—like a fun night out with friends that gives something back to your mind and body.

This gathering is designed to invite joy, move energy, and reinforce connection and community—without the hangover or late night negativity impacting your sleep cycle.

Doors open at 6pm. This alcohol-free event will offer a mocktail bar and introduction to peptides and adaptogens by Anahata, the magical owner of Sip Plant Magic. Guests will arrive to music, connection, and a Bouquet Bar curated by Lolly Amons of Sunbeam Design Studio, offering a tactile, sensory way to ground, play, and settle into community.

The evening unfolds into 2.5 hours of guided and free-form somatic dancing, set to energy-inspiring music by DJ LexisLane and designed for everyone: former club kids, car and kitchen dancers, desk-bound professionals with stiff hips, tired parents, the app-weary, and anyone craving more joy, movement, and real connection.

Bring your friends and come comfortable and low maintenance—workout clothes and sneakers encouraged.

The Coastal Restart is our signature New Year health and wellness experience, bringing together a highly engaged community of women and men who value fitness, lifestyle, mindset, and local connection. This event kicks off the 2026 CBC calendar and will feature movement classes, wellness activations, vendor shopping, community stations, and curated brand interactions.

We are seeking product partners, sponsors, and brands who want to place their products directly into the hands of a motivated, local audience.

I’m Sanji, a model and engineer working with small businesses at Mercury. Along with our creative director Lina—a culture and trend marketer at Adidas with past freelance experience at Rare Beauty, Coach, and SET Active—we co-founded Studio 003, a creative hub dedicated to highlighting, connecting, and creating opportunities for up-and-coming POC freelancers and creatives in Los Angeles.

Our mission is centered around transparency, mentorship, and access in an industry that’s often gatekept, and we’re building a community that helps POC creatives thrive in nontraditional careers through intimate events and strategic partnerships. Externally, we serve as a one-stop hub for POC businesses and creators, spotlighting culturemakers shaping what’s next for the public eye. We plan to expand into a newsletter and podcast to further amplify these voices.

We’re hosting our launch event on January 9th at Forager Crafts in LA, and we’re currently looking for food and beverage partners who share our mission and want to support the next generation of LA creatives. The event will host ~30 attendees, including emerging creators, culture shapers, and community members. In exchange for supporting us with beverages for the night, we’d love to offer:

Professional photo + video coverage featuring your product integrated into the event (all assets provided for your free use)

Progressive Art Brunch is a celebrated initiative co-founded by Mindy Solomon Gallery that unites Miami’s leading contemporary art spaces through a shared day of exhibitions, dialogue, and community. Held several times a year—and culminating in a special edition during Art Basel—this citywide event draws collectors, curators, artists, and design enthusiasts for a vibrant and immersive cultural experience.

For brands, Progressive Art Brunch presents a unique collaboration opportunity within Miami’s dynamic creative landscape.
