How do I reset my password?
On the login page click Forgot password and enter your email; we'll send a reset link. Links expire after 3 days. If you don't see the email, check spam.
I'm locked out of my account.
If you can't sign in after several failed login attempts, wait a few minutes and try again, or use 'Forgot password' to reset your password.
I didn't receive my verification email.
Verification emails arrive within a few minutes. Check spam, then try requesting a new one from the login screen. Some corporate email filters block our domain — try a personal address as a workaround.
