Why Do I Need an Event?
Events help brands understand when and how their products will be used.
Can I Edit My Event?
You can edit your event's details until the event's end date: Log in to your onbrand account Go to Events Click the three dots on the corresponding event Select Edit event, make your changes, and Save changes
Can I Delete My Event?
Deleting and cancelling are both handled from one control on the event's edit form. The control is labelled Cancel event — there is no separate "Delete event" button on the form, which is why it can look like the option is missing.
My Brand Chat Disappeared
Brand chats only appear for approved partnerships tied to active events.
