Georgia College Thunderthon is an annual Dance Marathon and high-energy celebration held each April on the Georgia College & State University campus in Milledgeville, Georgia. This signature event serves as the grand finale of a year-long fundraising effort, bringing together students, faculty, and the community for a multi-hour movement marathon dedicated to supporting children's healthcare.

The event features live DJ sets, choreographed morale dances, themed hours, and games that create an electric, festival-like atmosphere. Throughout the day, participants hear "Miracle Stories" directly from local families, providing a powerful reminder of the impact of their fundraising efforts.

The event culminates in the spectacular Total Reveal, where the final fundraising total from the entire year is unveiled. Participants, donors, and miracle families join together in a high-stakes countdown to see the collective impact of their hard work, creating an unforgettable moment of emotional celebration and community unity. This reveal is the most anticipated and heart-stirring moment of the academic year.

100% of proceeds from Miracle Mile directly benefit Beverly Knight Olson Children's Hospital in Macon, Georgia, through our partnership with Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. Every registration fee, sponsorship dollar, and donation stays local to support pediatric patients and families in our Central Georgia community.

Georgia College Miracle Network, a student-led 501(c)(3) organization, organizes this event as part of our ongoing commitment to supporting children's healthcare while promoting wellness and community engagement. In 2024, we celebrated over 325 participants who came together to make miracles happen for local children.

Beta Alpha Psi is a professional business fraternity at the University of Illinois. Each semester, we hold recruitment events for over 300 rushees who are college freshmen and sophomores. Social night is a key element of our rush process as it allows rushees to experience our organization in a casual, laid-back setting and get to mingle with our members in a social environment. The 2-hour event is hosted by 120 active members, for the 80 rushees who make it to the social round. The event involves open networking, icebreaker activities, and rotational games like giant Jenga! Refreshments are also provided - that's where you come in. We love to provide rushees with something refreshing to tide them through the long and high-energy event, and as a gesture of thanks for attending. We also take lots of photos and videos (both professionally shot and informally/candid) over the course of the event to be shared on our social media accounts which have over 2,500 followers in total.  Products would be prominently featured in content following the event!

My name is Drew Bignall and I am the owner of Mission CrossFit SA in San Antonio, TX.  Every year we host an annual women's event and I wanted to personally reach out and see if you might be interested in joining us in 2026. 
 
On Saturday, February 7, 2026, Mission CrossFit San Antonio will host A League of Their Own: A Women's Only Fitness Challenge for our 13th consecutive year (#ALOTO13).  We SOLD OUT this years event ins record time: 30 minutes! We will have 216 athletes competing, and anticipate over a dozen vendors, 60+ volunteers and 500+ spectators. 
 
I am proud to share that a portion of our entry fees will be donated to local non profit.  In years past, we have raised as much as $2,500!
 
Each year we look for different companies to participate in our event.  I wanted to reach out and see if this was something you'd like to be apart of this this upcoming year.  If you choose to be sponsor or vendor at our event, we will provide social media shout-outs, include your logo/hyperlink on our website and on large banners at the event. Our booth fee is $400 for the event or an equal value of swag and/or prizes for the winners.  You would also be welcome to throw any promo items into our swag bags for the girls (e.g., branded hair ties, shoelaces, stickers, etc.).  
 
Right now, I am looking for your interest in participating in the event again either as a sponsor, a vendor (with or without a booth) or both. The Grace Conservatory Spring Recital is our premier annual performance event, celebrating the dedication, artistry, and growth of our dancers throughout the season. This professionally produced show features performers ages 2–18 from all of Grace Conservatory’s programs, including our recreational classes, pre-professional ballet division, and performance teams.
