I manage a coaching, consulting and community business called play for change. I have over 25 years of experience working in the People space and the last 10 partnering with CEOs and senior leaders.

I’m all about creating opportunities for Connection, Learning, and Play to enable personal development, creativity and embrace change. As a former Chief People Officer, for fast growth businesses I provide an impactful coaching approach to consistently increase performance and in particular leadership effectiveness and I’m also the host of A Class of Their Own (ACOTO) Podcast.

Through the podcast I want to inspire positive change and enable people to thrive regardless of the circumstances we are born in.

What matters to me?
Ziggy, my beautiful miniature pinscher, he brings me so much joy everyday.

I love cooking for people and playfully experiment with food, I exercise and try to remain as healthy as I can. I’m building something new and exciting.

Trust, honesty, freedom and connection are values most important to me; I have a huge appreciation for creativity (I wish I was more creative) and find fulfilment in enabling others to see things from a different perspectives. I love exploring what drives people, the obstacles created as a result of the 'shouldisms' of life - it explains why I started ACOTO.

Seeing people thrive and connect with themselves and have greater understanding and appreciation for themselves is simply magical. Ultimately, I want to have impact.
