Hello! We are twin sisters (Abigail and Ella) who have a passion for all things food and running. We just recently found the courage to start our Instagram account to share our lives with others who have the same hobbies and passions as ourselves. The content we post centers around our meal ideas, food and beverage brands that we love, and our journey of running and getting stronger and faster! One thing that we prioritize over anything is fueling ourselves properly to keep our bodies happy and healthy to support our training. We’ve tried almost every flavor of Slate milk and we are absolutely obsessed with not only the flavors, but the benefits they have for our health and well being. We would be so happy to promote a brand that aligns with everything we stand for!
