My name is Abbey Bell. I’m health-obsessed, fitness and science nerd at heart, and a mom to three incredible kids, one of whom happens to have Down syndrome. I’m also a ranch wife living way out in the middle of nowhere, which means I’ve had a lot of quiet space to think, learn, grow, and evaluate my health.
After having my daughter, something in me shifted. I found myself returning to my roots in science—those pre-med days I thought were behind me—and I dove headfirst into studying genetics, nutrition, and the deeper “why” behind how our bodies function. The more I learned, the more passionate I became about empowering others with the same knowledge.
Today, I’m driven by one mission: help people discover how to live their longest, best, happiest, and healthiest life. Not with quick fixes, but with education, curiosity, and a whole lot of hope.
A few months ago, I started a podcast to share what I was learning—health, fitness, peptides, metabolism, faith, all of it. And somehow, this little show from the middle of nowhere has already grown a solid, supportive, and engaged following. It’s been one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done.
And honestly? I’m just getting started.
