My name is Shea, and I’m part of the HR team at Advantage First Lending.
Over the past year, our company has grown to approximately 250 employees, with about 200 team members working from our corporate office. As we prepare for our upcoming benefits season and continue investing in employee well-being, we're looking for creative ways to encourage healthy lifestyle choices and keep our team engaged throughout the year.
While we don’t have the space to host a traditional health fair, we regularly organize smaller wellness initiatives, employee appreciation activities, and engagement events. Because of that, I wanted to reach out to see if your company offers any opportunities such as product samples, coupons, promotional items, educational resources, wellness programming, or other partnership options that could introduce our employees to your brand while supporting their health and well-being.
