My name is Ashley , and I'm just starting out with content creation on Tik Tok. I've been following your company's products for some time now and am particularly impressed with them. I am truly about better mental health and making healthier life choices. I have learned the hard way that self care is of the utmost importance in a person's life. I am dedicated to keep pushing to do better for myself and others Especially after I myself have lost over 150 lbs and keep it off for 2 years now. I am a self taught baker and homesteader, I love to learn as much as I can to help not only myself but others along the way. I am slowly adding to my baking essentials, educational books on the topics. I am constantly looking to try new things but living a healthy lifestyle is very expensive.
