Afiya is a women’s wellness club built to inspire movement, connection, and intentional living. Founded in Minnesota, Afiya creates inclusive spaces for women to reclaim their health through movement, mindfulness, and community.

Afiya comes from the Arabic word for health and well-being - and in East Africa, you’ll hear afya for ‘health’ too. We’re here to live it out together.
