Hello! I'm Alaïa, 28 years old, and I'm a mom, experiential marketing director, content creator, dance teacher, and occasional chef. (You can find me on TikTok by the handle above.)

The content I create is lifestyle-focused, with a strong vlog influence. I love living in the moment and sharing my experiences with my audience.

As someone passionate about health and wellness, my background as a dance and HIIT trainer inspired me to start my own business. I now teach over 30 sororities virtually across the U.S. and exclusively partner with Soho House Chicago. Growing up as a dancer, I saw a need to bring dance into everyday spaces, and I’m so grateful to do what I love while inspiring other women and girls along the way.

In my role as an experiential marketing director, I work on brand activations, dinners, photoshoots, and more, blending creativity with strategy.

I’m also deeply passionate about skincare and beauty. I believe self-care is essential for nurturing your mind, body, and soul.
