Clothing Swap Georgia Co
I have always loved dressing up and picking out clothes to
wear everyday and for special events. In my younger days I
even made costumes for my friends and myself. So
naturally thrift stores were a big part of my life & where I
got 90% of my clothes.
Over the past 5 years I have noticed that prices at thrift stores have been going up,
significantly. So much so that I could no longer afford to shop there. I know that most families
across the country are in a tight spot when it comes to money these days and my family is no
exception. I started doing clothing swaps in my area so I could get clothes for myself and my
kids and now it’s so much more. We have helped other families get the clothing they need but
can not afford. The need for clothing in Georgia is real. What you might consider a middle
class family is still struggling to get their children new clothes each school year. With the rising
cost of rent, groceries and everything else clothes have fallen off the necessity list but we are
providing that need to as many families as we can and hope to reach more and more!
