I’m Alejandra, a 22 year old wellness lover and the creator of Muse Haus Wellness. Pilates is my happy place, and I’m passionate about making movement and well-being feel welcoming and accessible for everyone. I love creating uplifting spaces where people can connect, feel good in their bodies, and be their most authentic selves. Wellness, community, and love are at the center of everything I do, and I’m always excited to share that energy with the people around me.
