I’m a marketing pro (10+ years experience) and certified Lagree instructor at The Mega Workout, Raleigh’s independent, non-franchise Megaformer studio where we teach lagree, tramp cardio, and mat pilates. I joined the team in early 2024 thanks to studio owner (and total powerhouse) Alicia Belle, and I’ve been helping grow our amazing community ever since.

Outside the studio, I’ve spent 10+ years working with beauty, wellness and consumer brands like Virtue Labs, Aramore Skincare, and Willow — and before that, I led partnerships, audience growth, and creative programs at Vogue and Refinery29.

Now I’m bringing both worlds together to build our community and launch our new studio!
