Hi, I’m Alex Helm, a 3rd grade teacher in New Jersey, and I’ll be heading into my 4th year of teaching. Teaching has always been such a meaningful part of my life, and I love creating a positive, welcoming space for my students each day. Outside of the classroom, I’m currently enjoying a very exciting season of life as I plan my bachelorette party, bridal shower, and wedding. My fiancé and I have been together for six years, and we got engaged in Cape May — a place that will always hold a special place in our hearts.

When I’m not teaching, I love spending time with my friends and family, especially during the summer when you can usually find me at the beach. I’m someone who loves the little things — getting lost in a good book, going for walks, and organizing just about everything. I enjoy making everyday moments feel special, whether that’s celebrating with the people I love or simply slowing down to enjoy time together.
