HI! I'm Alexa, the founder of Saltwater Yoga, a Yoga Community rooted in Coastal CT. Saltwater is a space to create deep connection to self & others, while finding a new love for life itself. We move, breathe, and have fun together through events, private & group sessions, and community partnerships. As a Yoga teacher and Sound Healing professional, I have a passion for serving others in my community, and hope to create a world that embraces the totality of the human experience.
