Psych Me Out, LLC is a grassroots mental health and wellness organization dedicated to reducing stigma and increasing access to culturally responsive mental health education and support. Founded by psychologists Dr. Alexis Ferguson and Dr. Garrick Beauliere, Psych Me Out creates spaces where healing, authenticity, and community can coexist through workshops, speaking engagements, wellness events, social media campaigns, and interactive programming. Rooted in advocacy and connection, the organization focuses on empowering underserved communities by making conversations about mental health approachable, engaging, and actionable. Through partnerships with schools, corporations, nonprofits, and community leaders, Psych Me Out continues to bridge the gap between mental health awareness and real-world healing.
