For a long time, I’ve felt called to run a marathon — and I’ve finally committed. This December, I’ll be running a full marathon, creating my own challenge and documenting the full journey since I don’t have the option to register for an official race right now.

I’ve created a 14-week training plan and officially started training. This isn’t just about running — it’s about proving the power of human optimization protocols in an intense, high-performance environment.
