My name is Allie — I’m a mom of two, a Medical Laboratory Scientist working in Stem Cell Processing, and someone who spends a lot of my free time in wellness and creative outlets.
Fitness is a big part of my life (yoga, Pilates, jiu jitsu, weightlifting, and I’m just starting to train for a possible marathon!), and I’m currently in the process of really refining my skincare routine and building a better curly haircare routine.
