Ascend Physical Therapy is a performance-focused clinic based in Boise, Idaho, specializing in helping active individuals and endurance athletes train, recover, and perform at a high level. In addition to our clinical work, our team includes a competitive triathlete, bringing firsthand experience with high-level training, racing, and recovery. This perspective allows us to connect with athletes in an authentic way and provide care that is both practical and performance-driven.

We regularly support local races and athletic events by providing onsite recovery services, creating meaningful touchpoints where athletes can immediately benefit from hands-on care and recovery tools.
