As a division I college track and field athlete, I create content that gives an inside look into my daily routine both on and off the track. I love filming “day in my life” vlogs that highlight my skincare/makeup routines, training, classes, recovery, and everything in between. I also share my favorite tips, meals, and drinks that help me perform at my best and stay fueled throughout the season.
