Hi! I’m Reagan Vanek, the Membership Vice President of Recruitment for Alpha Xi Delta at East Carolina University. In my role, I oversee all aspects of recruitment, from planning and strategy to member preparation and PNM experience. I coordinate Work Week, manage recruitment operations, and work closely with our executive team to ensure every detail runs smoothly.
In addition to recruitment, I am passionate about promoting our chapter through social media, brand partnerships, and public relations opportunities. I love connecting with brands to create engaging collaborations that highlight our members, philanthropy, sisterhood, and campus involvement. Through recruitment and PR efforts, my goal is to showcase the authentic Alpha Xi Delta experience while helping our chapter continue to grow and thrive.
