I'm Aly Bluhm, founder of WellthyWell — a community-driven wellness platform built on a simple belief my mom instilled in me: health is wealth.
I built WellthyWell because I lived the gap it closes. Navigating my own health journey — largely dismissed by conventional medicine — I found holistic wellness, and it changed everything. But I had to find it alone. No community, no trusted guidance, no one connecting the dots. That's the problem WellthyWell exists to solve.
We bring people together through curated in-person experiences — Walk & Talks, yoga and mobility sessions, strength classes, nervous system workshops — currently in San Diego and Dallas, expanding into LA, Austin, Nashville, and St. Pete. Our audience is primarily women 25–40 who are done navigating wellness alone and craving something real: credible guidance, genuine community, and brands they can actually trust.
Brand presence at our events isn't a logo on a table. It's a warm introduction to a room full of people who are already paying attention — and already looking for what you offer.
