My name is Alyssa Camper, and I’m helping organize and coordinate Shannon’s Nashville bachelorette weekend taking place June 11–14. My role for the event is to plan and execute many of the details that will make the weekend special for the bride and the group.

I am currently coordinating the welcome bags for all 15 guests, curating products and items that fit the theme of the trip and that everyone will actually use throughout the weekend. I’m also designing and styling the décor for the Airbnb, creating a fun Nashville-inspired bachelorette setup that will be both memorable and very photo-friendly.

In addition to that, I’m coordinating the group itinerary and activities, which includes scheduling things like Pilates, brunches, a Honky Tonk party bus, nights out on Broadway, and other group experiences around Nashville. My goal is to make sure everything flows smoothly so the bride and the girls can simply enjoy the celebration.

Because I’m responsible for the welcome bags, design setup, and activity coordination, I’m also the one partnering with brands to incorporate products that enhance the experience for the group and that can be naturally featured throughout the weekend in our social media content.
