Hi! My name is Alyssa Camper, and I’m currently organizing and coordinating my best friend Shannon’s Nashville bachelorette weekend taking place June 11–14. This is especially exciting for me because it’s the very first bachelorette event I’ve fully planned and designed myself as I begin pursuing my passion for building an event planning and design company centered around curated, memorable experiences.

For this weekend, I’m handling everything from the welcome bags and Airbnb styling to the itinerary coordination and overall guest experience for the group of 15 girls. The vision is a fun, elevated Nashville-inspired weekend that feels stylish, thoughtful, and photo-worthy while still being personal to the bride.

I’m currently curating custom welcome bags filled with products the girls will genuinely use and enjoy throughout the trip, along with designing décor setups throughout the Airbnb to create a cohesive western/Nashville atmosphere. The itinerary includes Pilates, brunches, a Honky Tonk party bus, Broadway nights, and other fun group activities that will naturally create a lot of social media and lifestyle content during the weekend.

As this is my first large-scale bachelorette event, I’m incredibly excited to partner with brands that align with the experience we’re creating.
