Hi! I am a Partner/Operator of Rebel Core Ramsey - Rebel Core's 3rd location in New Jersey and the first in Bergen County! We provide a full body, 45 minute workout on an X-former that combines Classical Pilates, Body Building and Physical Therapy principles to create a balanced, challenging and empowering workout for all. We want all of our clients to live like a Rebel, and that starts by building strength and community at Rebel Core Ramsey!
