Hi there! My name is Alyssa. I am a certified mat Pilates instructor and registered nurse based in Miami, FL. I've used my background in nursing to aid in my personal wellness journey - and after finding a love for low impact movement, I've decided to share what I have learned with my audience. I created my brand Lucky Girl Pilates to bring wellness events surrounding self love to Miami, as well as created an online platform where people from around the world can join and be a Lucky Girl too. I want to make Pilates accessible to everyone - to help them feel beautiful, strong and confident always.
