Female Founded - Alyssa is an LA based pilates instructor, dancer, and creative who has spent her entire life exploring movement. As a dancer, she has always viewed fitness and creativity as a partnership, and found exactly that within Pilates. Alongside exploring this athletic artistry, Alyssa has found deep community within Pilates. Alyssa spends her days, both in person and online, with other instructors in the industry, moms, athletes, and young working women. The best part of her job, is getting to impact the lives of those around her. Movement and community heals people. Alyssa loves getting to provide both of those things within Cut Pilates.
