I'm a heated sculpt instructor who believes that the best classes don't just challenge your body, they transform your mind. I show up to every class aiming to create community, confidence, and the belief that you're capable of more than you think.

Over the last year, I've transformed my own body and brought my clients along for the ride, leading by example and proving that the work is always worth it. Though I recently stepped away from my home studio, my community didn't skip a beat. I started hosting pop-up events, and the response has been overwhelming — my first event sold out within hours, filling two classes of 30 people each.
That momentum hasn't slowed down. I have two upcoming events on the books and a community that is actively growing, engaged, and hungry for more.
