I’m Amanda, founder of Speak Kindly Co and a Philadelphia based Solidcore Senior Master Coach and Pilates Sculpt instructor. I create movement driven experiences that foster confidence, connection, and self kindness.

Speak Kindly Co is rooted in the belief that how we speak to ourselves shapes how we show up. Through curated events, we bring people together to move with intention, connect authentically, and leave feeling empowered.

Our signature event, Sculpt and Socialize, pairs a high energy Sculpt class with a post-class social designed to spark real connection, while seamlessly integrating brand activations that enhance the overall experience. Meeting people can be hard and life can feel lonely, but it doesn't have to be this way. These events are designed for the person who wants to put themselves out there but isn't exactly sure how.

Each event leaves guests with a great workout, meaningful connections, introduction to new favorite brands, and a sense of community.
