I’m a very active person and a mom of four who loves living a healthy and intentional life. Fitness became an important part of my journey, and it inspired me to start creating community events where women — especially moms — can move their bodies, feel confident, and learn to love themselves exactly as they are. I’m passionate about building spaces where wellness, faith, and community come together.
