Hi, I’m Amber. My health journey hasn’t always been easy, but I’m committed to becoming the healthiest version of myself—one day at a time.
Living with PCOS has brought challenges, including weight struggles, low energy, and self-confidence battles. For years, I felt frustrated trying to lose weight and stay motivated. Instead of giving up, I’ve decided to take control of my health and focus on progress, not perfection.
I’m learning to make better choices, drink more water, move my body, and fuel myself with foods that help me feel my best. My goal isn’t just a number on the scale—it’s having more energy, feeling stronger, improving my health, and gaining confidence in myself.
There will be good days and hard days, but I’m choosing to keep going. Every healthy meal, every workout, every pound lost, and every positive choice is a step forward.
This journey is about becoming healthier, happier, and proving to myself that I can do hard things. I’m not where I want to be yet, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come, and I’m excited to see where this journey takes me.
