Amelie Harris is the founder of Legion Wellness Club, a Los Angeles–based social wellness club dedicated to making wellness more accessible, intentional, and community-driven. A graduate of the University of San Francisco with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Amelie combines her passion for business, movement, and holistic health to create thoughtfully curated experiences that bring people together. As a certified Lagree instructor, she believes wellness is about more than fitness; it's about cultivating meaningful connections, supporting mental and physical well-being, and creating spaces where people can slow down, recharge, and build community.
