Hello lovely people! My name is Amie 🤍 I’m 25 years old and the co-founder of Pilates With a Purpose—a women-centered fitness initiative rooted in empowerment, movement, and giving back.

Pilates With a Purpose began as a small idea during one of the hardest seasons of my life, while I was navigating domestic violence myself. The strength, support, and love of powerful women carried me through—and inspired a dream to create the same kind of community for others.

Today, Pilates With a Purpose brings women together through movement while supporting Laura’s House of Orange County, helping survivors of domestic violence find hope, healing, and support. Empowering women isn’t just my passion—it’s my purpose, and I’m so proud to share this journey with you.
