Hello, I’m an experienced Pilates and Strength instructor in the suburbs of Chicago hosting events to bring fitness people of all ages together. I love trying out new things and sharing that with everyone in our community. I know that different things work for different people so the more we can expose ourselves to different resources, supplements, and tools the faster we can get to our ultimate goal of reaching success.
