I’m Amy Joy Lagera—founder of The Holistic Compass and Executive Director of Adaptive Freedom Foundation. My work bridges holistic wellness, adaptive sports, and soulful community-building. Through events like Waves of Ability: Thrive in Motion, I create inclusive spaces where individuals of all abilities can reconnect with their bodies, their power, and their joy.

I’m passionate about partnering with values-aligned brands that prioritize accessibility, wellness, and impact. Whether it’s through nature-based retreats, community wellness fairs, or adaptive paddle days, I believe in building experiences that nourish people from the inside out—and invite them to be part of something bigger.
