Hi, I’m Angelina — the founder of Mind Body With Ang, a wellness platform rooted in the belief that mental health, movement, and nourishment are deeply connected.
My work sits at the intersection of clinical nutrition, mindful movement, and mental wellness education. As a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) candidate and Pilates/strength coach, I help people rebuild trust with their bodies through sustainable nutrition, nervous system awareness, and joyful movement.
What began as personal training has evolved into a broader mission: creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, their bodies, and their communities.
Through wellness workshops, community events, and educational programming, I bring together experts, small businesses, and wellness brands to create experiences that support whole-person health. My annual Mental Wellness Workshop brings together movement, therapy-informed education, and restorative practices like sound healing to help people slow down and reconnect.
My audience is primarily women who are navigating burnout, chronic stress, complicated relationships with food, or chronic health challenges and who are looking for sustainable ways to support their physical and mental wellbeing.
I partner with brands that share a commitment to intentional living, mental wellness, nourishment, and community care. The goal of every collaboration is to introduce my community to products and companies that genuinely support their wellbeing.
