Anitra Parish is a civic systems designer and social entrepreneur dedicated to building equitable community infrastructure through youth leadership, economic empowerment, and creative problem-solving. Raised on the California–Mexico border, her work is rooted in lived experience and a deep commitment to ensuring that girls and young women, especially those from historically underserved communities have access to opportunity, voice, and agency.

Through CivicSpace Collab and ADO Foundation, Anitra designs and scales programs that blend workforce development, civic engagement, and social-emotional learning, equipping young people not just to participate in their communities, but to shape them. Her approach centers on the belief that when girls are resourced to lead, entire communities rise.
