Anna Gryglewska is a 3x founder and event visionary redefining how women connect, gather, and grow in business.

She is the creator of RAIS (pronounced “raise”), an exclusive network connecting female founders, executives and industry leaders through curated, invite-only dinners designed to build meaningful relationships and unlock real opportunities.

She is the Founder of SOULARA, a curated event directory helping women discover transformational events, retreats, and experiences around the world as well as the CEO of Elevated Collective, where she designs curated dinners and retreats for women in business who believe the right room changes everything.

With over 16 years of experience producing global events including the GRAMMY Awards, UEFA Champions League, and Fortune 500 hospitality experiences, Anna has built her career around one core belief: the environments we place ourselves in shape our confidence, relationships, and opportunities.

After experiencing burnout from trying to do it all, she stepped back to rebuild her life and work in a more intentional, aligned way leading her to focus on creating smaller, more meaningful rooms, and building platforms that help women find them.
Today, her work is centered on one mission: making sure women never miss the rooms they’re meant to be in.
