Onbrand

Since 2014, I’ve built a global wellness platform, The Wellness Universe, that connects brands with engaged audiences through transformational experiences, best-selling self-care books, wellness academies, and live events. I collaborate with trusted practitioners to design science-informed and soul-nourishing programming for individuals, athletes, and organizations, creating partnerships that feel aligned, memorable, and impact-driven. My heart and legacy lives in my business and my goal is to make the world a better place.
