Anna Hathaway is a dedicated human services professional and advocate committed to supporting families impacted by incarceration, substance use, and domestic violence. As Program Manager for COIPP (Children of Incarcerated Parents Partnership), she leads community partnerships, develops trauma-informed programming, and connects families to critical resources that promote stability and healing.

With a background in addiction counseling, Anna has extensive experience providing individual and group support, coordinating care across legal and social systems, and helping individuals navigate complex life challenges.

Anna’s work is deeply rooted in her lived experience as a survivor of domestic violence and as a mother. Her personal journey fuels her passion for ensuring children and families feel seen, supported, and empowered.
