Hi! I’m Ariana, the founder of Sprouting Kare, a community-centered wellness space focused on supporting caregivers and women through intentional gatherings and movement.

I host Sprouting Steps, a weekly walking club in Los Angeles where women come together for connection, conversation, and low-pressure movement. Our events often include community snacks, hydration, and wellness products, making them a natural space for thoughtful brand collaborations.

With a background in caregiving and community organizing, I’m passionate about creating spaces that prioritize mental wellness, accessibility, and authentic connection. I love partnering with brands that align with these values and enhance the experience for my community.
