I am a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher based in Hoboken, NJ, and a certified cat lady! I work with FOWA Rescue in NJ to produce kitten yoga adoption events that combine gentle yoga with adoptable rescue cats, supporting local rescues while creating joyful, community-driven experiences. With a background in marketing, I know how to showcase brands in a way that feels authentic, engaging, and aligned with their goals.
