Hi, I’m Ashley! a mom of three boys and the founder of Mamas in Motion. I created this community after experiencing postpartum without the village I needed. I quickly realized how isolating motherhood can feel, especially when you’re craving connection with other moms who truly understand what you’re going through. Instead of waiting for the community I wished I had, I decided to build it.

Mamas in Motion is more than a walking group, it’s a space where moms can show up exactly as they are, make genuine friendships, prioritize their mental and physical well-being, and realize they were never meant to do motherhood alone.
